Please remember that all items are vintage and expected to have natural wear from aging. After all, that’s what gives them character! Any and all noticed imperfections will be disclosed in the item description. Please read each description carefully and to its entirety. No refund will be issued if there are complaints related to above.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping and deemed unusable, the customer has the option of returning the item to Vintage Collective (at their own shipping expense) for a full refund or keeping the item in which they will receive 20% refund. Customer must also provide pictures to seller clearly showing the damage to the item and packaging (including labeling) before a refund will be issued. We also ask that customers keep the item and its original packaging in case there are any additional concerns that the shipping carrier may have once the claim is filed.
